Overview :
The company was founded by Andrew Tan and incorporated under Philippine law on August 24, 1989 to engage in real estate development, leasing and marketing. The company initially made a name for itself by building quality condominiums and commercial properties in convenient urban locations with easy access to offices and recreational and entertainment facilities in Metro Manila. In response to the demand for quality housing in close proximity to office and recreational facilities, the company focused on the development of mixed-use residential developments, primarily for the middle-income market, starting in 1996, and began the development of its Eastwood City Township. The company also engages in other real estate-related activities such as project planning, construction inspection and property management. In 1999, Eastwood City Cyberpark became the first IT park in the Philippines to be designated as a PEZA Special Economic Zone.

MEGAWORLD INTERNATIONAL (MWI) is the international sales organization of MEGAWORLD CORPORATION. MWI is represented in over 60 countries worldwide.

You have a friendly certain demeanor and are willing to learn (and earn) ! It would be an advantage if you have sales experience. (But this is not a condition). You have English skills and are computer savvy in that you can communicate via your tablet, PC or smartphone. The training will take place either 1:1 in a small group, or via ZOOM ; Messenger, Viber or other services. We will be happy to discuss commissions and incentives in person. However, the ethical values and regulations of MEGAWORLD are to be respected and followed at any time! Our potential real estate buyers and investors are to be advised competently. You will acquire these knowledge and the skills in training. MWI managers will be happy to assist you. You are not alone!

It is completely up to you how much time you want to spend. Our recommendation, however, is to familiarize yourself with the procedures at the beginning and spend a few extra hours. This will give you the confidence you need to advise customers and investors competently. And at the same time, you will also relieve our managers.
